Pay for garden waste collections

Existing customers: You were sent a confirmation email with a link where you can manage your service including renewing it or ordering a new bin. You should receive reminders when it is time to renew your service. If you didn’t receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder. 

If you paid over the phone and don't have an email address, please call us on 020 8726 6200. 

If your subscription has expired you can simply sign up again through the website. 

If you are trying to renew or sign up again but receive an error message: "bin order in progress", please email digitalplatformteam@croydon.gov.uk with your address so we can resolve this for you. 
 

This service costs £90.10 for one year for one bin.
