New bin delivery delays

There is currently a delay of 4 weeks in delivering new bin orders. 

If you are currently waiting for a new general waste bin to be delivered, you can leave waste in tied bags in the place you would normally leave your bin for collection. This is only for general waste - you can not leave recycling in this way.

We will prioritise the delivery of new bins to residents who have no waste or recycling bins.

Residents can only order 1 general waste bin per 12-month period.
