Information and advice to help young people prepare for their future.
Let us know what you (or your 16 or 17 year old child) are doing now, in terms of education, employment or training, and what your plans are. You can contact us on the details below or by completing our short survey.
Croydon Council, along with all English local authorities, has a legal duty to encourage, enable or assist 16 and 17 year olds to participate in learning. The council must report on young people's participation to the Department for Education on a regular basis.
Our team gets information from a wide variety of sources, that tells us what young people in Croydon are doing, for example attending sixth form, college, or doing an apprenticeship.
Our survey is an additional way that young people (or their parent/carer) can directly contact us. The survey includes a series of questions about your current activity, your future plans and whether you require additional support.
