- January: Full planning permission granted
- January: Demolition of 1-87 Regina Road tower is complete
- March: Main build construction contract entered with Lovell
- March: Lovell start works on site
- End of March: Lovell appointed as a contractor
- 2 April: Compulsory purchase order (CPO) issued, with objection period formally ending on 14 May
- 29 April: Project update and meet the contractor event at 62 Regina Road
- Autumn 2026: Completion of site office and community space
