Please report a problem if:
Use the link in the email you received to submit a missed collection report.
From 10 February 2025 we must collect items containing Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) separately from other waste. Items containing POPS include sofas, armchairs, beanbags and cushions. If you have a mixture of bulky items containing POPs, your waste will be collected over 2 consecutive working days, for example, if your collection is on a Friday, the 2nd collection will be Monday.
If you have not received an email you can use the 'Make changes to my bulky waste order' link from your original confirmation email to report a missed collection after 10pm on the day of the collection.
You can also call us on 020 8726 6200 to report a problem with your collection.
You will not be able to report a missed collection if the email you have received states the collection has not been completed. For example, if items were not put outside for collection.
