Traffic Management Act (TMA) accounts

Annual TMA accounts.

Under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the council is required to publish its annual accounts at the end of the financial year.

Any surplus in parking revenue accounts funds the borough's contribution towards Freedom Passes. The Freedom Pass provides free travel for older and disabled Londoners on almost all public transport in London.
