Order a bin

If you move into a house in Croydon, the previous resident should have left the bins for you. If they haven't, you will need to order a replacement.

Delivery times

Bin or box orders can take up to 10 days to be delivered. There is currently a delay of up to 4 months on food caddy orders due to low stock and national demand.

Larger bin

If you have 5 or more people living in your property, or you have a medical condition that generates a lot of waste, you can request a larger general waste bin by phoning the contact centre on 020 8726 6000.

What to do if you do not have a bin

No recycling bin

If you do not have the correct bin or box please separate your recycling into untied carrier bags on your collection day:

  • One set of bags containing paper and cardboard
  • Another set of bags containing for example, tins, bottles, jars and plastics

No food waste bin

Food waste can go in tied bags with general rubbish.

No general rubbish bin

General rubbish should be in tied bin bags and put out on your collection day.
